Cordao

"Cordao" means "cord" in Portuguese. Gemstones and pearls have been used in all the necklaces in this collection. They are all traditionally knotted with silk wire, which protects the stones and gives the necklace a smooth form.

Various graphical elements have been used in the designs. Some are created in the metal itself by etching. Others are formed by bending metal wire. Every piece is first bended individually, after which all the pieces are soldered together and the drawing appears.

This collection features two typical sources of inspiration: natural elements and ethnic drawings.

Some of the items in this collection are available in the web shop.
