To purchase a jewel in this online shop, click on the green button "Buy" under the description of the jewel and fill in your information. You will soon receive an email to confirm your order and give you the bank account number for your payment. If you prefer you can make your payment with Paypal.

Delivery

In the description of each jewel you can see whether it is in stock or needs to be ordered. Jewelry in stock will be sent within 3 days after receiving the payment. Custom made jewelry will be sent within 10 days in Belgium (when stones need to be ordered, it can take some more time). You will be informed immediately about the required delivery time. If you like to know in advance, just send me an email.

All jewelry is sent by certified mail.

Belgium: small package: 3 € big package: 6€

The Netherlands and Luxemburg: 13 €, Taxipost: 21 €

Germany and France: 26 €, Taxipost: 25 €

Rest European Union: 26 €, Taxipost: 29 €

Rest of Europe, USA,

Canada & Mexico: 26 €, Taxipost: 31 €

Rest of the World: Taxipost: 40 €

Trying on the jewerly

If you want to try on the jewel first, you can make an appointment to visit the studio or visit us at one of the fairs we participate in.

Custom made orders

Packaging

Each jewel is delivered in one of the matching gift boxes pictured below. The gift vouchers are also delivered as a gift in a big envelope with a ribbon.

Not satisfied?

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back within 5 days after receiving the package and exchange it for a gift voucher. The postal costs will need to be paid again though.
