Soldering in silver: Combining sheet and wire

During this workshop we take soldering one step further. You learn how to create three-dimensional forms in silver (like spheres, ellipses and tubes) and how to solder them.

We will also practise soldering wire and plate together. Silver wire requires less heat then sheet metal, so it takes some practice and patience to learn how to do this. Before you start this workshop, it is necessary that you can solder silver wire easily.

you bring your own silver sheet and wire to the course, thickness: 1 mm.
